Which supplements do I need to take?

Can you give more information about your formulas and their origins?

The formulas are a collaboration between Christian Bogner, MD and Alex Zaharakis. Many of the microbiome formulas are the result of years of work to simplify the suggestions given to those who have participated in Gut Balancing. Gut Balancing is the term Alex Zaharakis uses for tailored 16S microbiome suggestions that aim to quell dysbiosis.

Alex uses software he developed to provide detailed suggestions, and he has always aimed to develop supplements that simplify the Gut Balancing program as much as possible. Testing is still recommended, but the Researched Elements formulas will continue to make Gut Balancing and dealing with dysbiosis feasible, practical, affordable, and available.

Outside of the gut, Spectrum Max is meant to provide broad support for those aiming to detoxify and navigate the process of healing. This formula and all the others are the collaborative work of Christian Bogner, MD and Alex Zaharakis, in their shared desire to simplify the needs of many.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, sealed product only, within 30 days of delivery. For safety and quality assurance we cannot accept an opened supplement under any circumstances.

Email contact@researchedelements.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. Returns need our written authorization.
A 20 percent restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is also deducted, and original shipping is not refunded.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund it and cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
We do not accept returns for taste, smell, texture, a digestive response, a change of mind, or a belief that a product did not work.

How can I get shipping outside of the US?

We have seen a great deal of interest in our products from the global community, and our primary objective has always been to make these products accessible to people worldwide. However, the sale of dietary supplements is subject to stringent regulations in different countries, and the ingredient lists are often subject to varying regulations. These factors can make it a complex and time-consuming process to offer our products internationally.
