Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to residential and business addresses within the United States using standard ground or expedited services. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Carrier transit is normally 3 to 5 business days by UPS or USPS, so most packages arrive within 4 to 6 business days of ordering. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, and we cannot guarantee delivery by any particular date. If you need an order by a specific day, please order well in advance.

We cannot ship to hotels, motels, temporary lodging addresses, or shipping warehouses.

Cancellations. A cancellation can only be processed on the same day the order is placed, and only if the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.

LOST OR MISSING DELIVERIES

Packages are not insured by default unless insurance is purchased at checkout. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. If a package is marked delivered but not received, we cannot file a carrier insurance claim where no insurance was bought.

Please contact the carrier and open a Missing Mail Search using your tracking number, check with neighbors and building management, then notify us at contact@researchedelements.com with your order number and all carrier correspondence.

As a one time courtesy per customer account, we may offer a 50 percent discount code toward a replacement order of the same items. This is a shared resolution, not an admission of liability. Later incidents on the same account are not eligible for a discount, refund or replacement.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS

We do not support third party shipping or freight forwarding, meaning any United States address that forwards goods overseas. We give no warranty of any kind on shipments delivered to such facilities. Once UPS or USPS marks the package delivered, our obligation is complete and we cannot refund or replace for damage, shortage or non receipt.

RETURNS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy. To start a return, email contact@researchedelements.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are refused.
