We've been following the protocol for five days now, and the biggest change we've seen in the last few days has been [child]'s sensitivity to noise. He used to have a very low tolerance for noise—his nine-month-old brother crying, his three-year-old brother playing loudly, or really any unexpected sound would completely set him off, leaving all of us constantly on edge. Today, for the first time, his three-year-old brother was playing nearby, and when I looked over [child] simply had his finger in his ear and continued calmly drawing. I just took a deep breath and thought, oh my goodness, I haven't felt this kind of calm in a long while. I've been following your recommendations closely and have given him Serene Calm daily for the last three days.

even though we did only 3.5 week, some amazing stuff happened . so I just wanted to share what is better now. -he stopped crying and having meltdowns everyday at school (they used to call me every day saying he was uncooperative and difficult) -He is playing better with his brother And would rather play then watch TV more often. -his memory is better, he finally started reading, he remembers people and their names. -finally learned to dribble a basketball ... -his playing with more with kids and less bugging them (before he would sit alone on breaks) ... today the teacher said he explained something that she couldn't explain to another kid in front of the whole class! Before we started the protocol he never spoke once in class ... Thank you so much, this is really amazing. I've never been so calm and not thinking about how he will be when I pick him up.

We have seen verbal skills skyrocket, singing, dancing, less stimming, sharing interest in activities with others, "present" and attentive, eye contact improved, fewer meltdowns and "not on edge" all the time, showing an interest in learning letters & numbers and seems to be adapting to change easier. This is in a 4 year old after only ONE round of Alex's protocol. ... We are looking forward to continuing with this program in hopes of additional improvements!

This protocol has been amazing. We are in week 3. I am following it to a T and do you know what my kid did today? He pointed WITH joint attention. I've been trying to do this for 2 years. ... Now he's pointing 20-30 times per day and today he did it like a typical kid. Looked at me, pointed and looked at me again. His eye contact is remarkable. His focus is getting better. He sat with me and did a sticker activity for 45 minutes yesterday. He brought it to me again today to do because he enjoyed it so much. Thank you friend, for this blessing

Yes, we have had so much less stressful behavior. Better sleep, and he stopped his manic destruction that was going on for months. Started using eating utensils again and stopped spilling water. Less aggression. From unbearable chaos to mostly fine most of the time!

Gut balancing with Alex and Dr. Bogner has been huge for my son. He was almost completely non verbal at 2 years. Refused all liquids. Only ate fruit and pasta. ... 2 weeks into the first round, everyone noticed a sudden development in his speech. Sentence structure, word choice, and overall communication had a drastic improvement. He also asked for water. This may seem trivial, but was shocking and huge for a kid who refused all liquids from 18 months old. ... His speech is still behind that of his peers but we have come so far from where he was it is hard to put into words how impactful this has been for my son and our family. Truly appreciative. First of all I think the program is brilliant. Way more nuanced and yet bigger in scope than any other gut plans we've done before. (Been doing hard core bio-med 17 years)

In the second protocol round, we saw improvements in non-verbal communication, and he is trying to understand and follow basic commands however it seems like a long way to go.

...We see HUGE improvements in behavior, sleeping, emotional, and his ability to think better and more in depth. He is still severe and very limited verbally but I feel we are on the right path. We have been able to take him in public and do things as a family which is incredible!

This was our fourth round (it was 3 months of maintenance) and we saw wonderful gains. His speech is still improving every day and he is finally learning his letters, drawing pictures and playing appropriately. Very very happy with his progress

We are very thankful to you for your recommendations for round 1 of gut balancing ... Though it took time, effort, and a lot of money to source all the supplements from the US to India, we could do it, and it was really worth it. ... We started seeing improvements from the start of the third week. We saw some improvements in his cognition,speech and behaviours.

We're now in week four, and I'm noticing some positive changes [child] seems more engaged, more rational, and most meltdowns are being diverted fairly quickly.

We are about 6 weeks into the maintenance protocol Alex suggested. I wasn't expecting many changes since it's only maintenance but in the past few weeks his speech has been clearer and he's putting together meaningful sentences! We have a long way to go with pronunciation and communication but we have a lot of hope now that we will get there. Also, we are 2 months into school and have had zero behavior issues, only praise from his teachers. He's so happy and so are we! I'll keep you posted but wanted to share how appreciative we are- you are changing lives.

He's seen so much improvement in the space of the 10 weeks he's started. He's saying so many words I've lost count. More interestingly he's starting to say 2-3 word combos. Things like "go red car" or "robot sleep". Even more strikingly he has these random breakthroughs that are kind of one offs where he'll says "daddy come daddy" look me right in the eye and ask to interact with what he's doing. He's also asked "where's cat?" And helped me look for our cat. He's making great strides but again not all perfect ...

We're almost two weeks into gut balancing and my son is already starting to reduce some of his more extreme behaviors that he has been doing for the past couple months (dumping stuff everywhere at an increased amount, spilling water and laughing, pulling people's hair) which had been stressing me out so much. I'm so relieved it's not at crisis level anymore. I look forward to seeing how much more this can improve, as we're still near the beginning. You may share this if you'd like.

Finally, though the improvements may be incremental so far "numbers-wise," your recommendations have made a major improvement in how I feel in my gut and my overall health. ... You've been so helpful and knowledgeable, I'd hate to go backwards by working with someone who isn't an expert on this like you are. ...Buttoned his shirts by himself like he'd been doing it all his life. Sense of humor has appeared. He's made jokes, laughed at jokes and has acted silly with his siblings ... We have never seen gains like this from a program.

Hello Alex, my son finished his second round of gut balancing with excellent results, I have no words to thank you for the great work you are doing for our children

Yes, we have definitely noticed improvements since the time we started our consultations with Dr. Bogner, and more when we put him on the protocol(s) you recommended for him. His speech has improved, his meltdowns aren't nearly as frequent and they don't seem to last as long when he does have them. Transitioning has improved somewhat, which has been a nightmare in the past. And the fact that he's no longer a picky eater is more proof that all of these protocols do work.

Hi Alex, we have definitely seen an improvement in his eating habits. He is an extremely picky eater, and has started accepting a variety of food now. School is also reporting that he is eating much better. He is high functioning and verbal, so there is no dramatic change there, but I have seen that he is tolerating transitions much better now.

We've followed everything perfectly and he's THRIVING. More communication, calmer, doing all school work, etc. I am so thankful. Nothing has moved the needle like this and we've tried A LOT.

One week in to your protocol and our son is NOTICEABLY happier. He's literally smiling more, joking around, and even wanting to wrestle with his brother again! I always get nervous to get my hopes up, but thank you SO much.

We've come to the end of Round 1 and I would really like to thank you for everything. Honestly, it's hard to express gratitude in an email but just know our lives have changed for the better after starting Gut Balancing.

My so is doing so much better since the first round, it's remarkable.

We followed the first round of the protocol as you advised, and after the third week, the following improvements were seen. 1. My son's sleep has greatly improved, and he is now sleeping through the night without waking up. thank you so much in making this happen. 2. He learnt to jump (we've been attempting to teach him to jump for the past eight months, but we've never done it before). 3. After the fifth week, my son began to communicate somewhat nonverbally (he would never have grabbed my hands to get water or cried out for it).

1. Way less impulsive - before when walking outside with my other kids or going shopping i always had to keep my hands on him for fear he would run off or do something dangerous. ... The other day I was waiting in line to pick up my passport photos - he hung out on the bench with his brothers about 4 meters away from where I was and didn't budge. I noticed that I felt comfortable taking my eyes off of them which I never would have been at ease with before. 2. More willing to hang out and interact with brothers ... So the gains are subtle but in my opinion, very important

my son has feel better. He is nonverbal but he can write. I asked him how he has been feeling now and he answered good. He has been happier, more alert, writing more and more independently, motor skills improved... I'm so thankful for you

I also wanted to share the amazing feedback we have received from school. They of course don't know that we are doing what we are doing. The school has reported a huge progress in our son's behaviour, his attention and communication. They said he was trying to have little conversations and he is communicating more. His concentration is better, and he can stay longer on a task with minimal support. ... You can't imagine how happy we are. It is the first time the school reported progress and was so positive about his behaviour.

I'm so enjoying my new and improved son! ... He is much more social. Before he would tell me his day was "fine" but now he always wants to tell me a story. He even initiates conversation with others by asking us questions!!! Before he would never allow a hug in public and now he even initiates it!

My son turned to me in the bath last night and told me he loved me unprompted because he felt it and wanted to tell me. School & therapy center who have known him for almost 2 years ask who this child was this week? Having such big break throughs. I can't wait for round 2!

We tried a lot of things and you are the BEST thing that we could have tried for our son so far. We want you know you are making a real difference in real lives and we appreciate you so much.

My son did not suffer from any side effects and reaction to any of the recommended supplements. So far we are extremely happy with the results as after years of suffering the boy is able to sleep uninterrupted 6-7 hours a day as well as able to follow 2 steps instructions. The other positive sign is that he started producing new sounds in his attempt to speak

Its not far fetched to believe the key to good health comes from the gut. Ive come a long way since workin with Alex. I wish I didnt have to do the work but yeah this is the most helpful thing!

I want to say thank you Alex. I've been stalling on my daughters suggestions & 3 weeks ago I finally implemented them. My daughter is starting to speak better, getting potty trained , she's starting to mimic, drinking out of an open cup again, likes the shower and getting her hair washed now and pointing

her speech therapist who she is been seeing from past 5 years was shocked and said I had this vision for your child but I didn't expect it to happen this soon. ... she is able to follow direction and actually get task done whereas before she couldn't even process the direction. ... she is sleeping better , sleeping throughout the night. ... Please please please don't stop what you are doing for our kids . No doctor could help me.

Big Improvement, one of the sleep, for the first time in 9 years he slept for more 11 hours every night

My daughter has made some great gains!! Nothing huge in any specific area but her general pace of development has rapidly improved. She's attending a mainstream K and keeping up! She's sleeping through the night and she's much more regulated. She greets people unprompted! I could go on for a long time... We still have a long way to go to help her but these past few months have been the most dramatic improvement we have seen since starting biomedical interventions 2.5 years ago ...

He leamt to ride bike with out training wheels, he is so determined to learn ... balancing by himself is hugeeee!!!!! I see improvement in hand writing too. Over all behavior also improved.

Hi Alex I've been following your personalised plan for my 3yo and want to say thank you because I've really seen amazing results her understanding has increased rapidly and has been potty trained very quickly

I am so excited to share the progress of my son with you... 5 to 6 word sentence( earlier it was 2 to 3 word sentence) Follows directions better 8 out of 10 times Better understanding of others emotions ... He is able to sing a rhyme or song fully ... He can read the mood of the room now, he notices if mom and dad argues or when mom is sad,he comes and hugs and makes sure mom is alright.

We continue to see gains with J understanding more and using words for his needs more rather than gestures . It's great to see our boy communicating more and more with words .

Another amazing gain during this protocol was that our son became very affectionate. He used to push us away but now he comes to us for hugs. ... I remember a time in our lives when we were lost, in denial, confused, frustrated and scared about what the future will bring for our son but now we have hope. So, thank you again! She has improved speech, understanding, and she has become very social with people, and she is starting to participate in simple games with children

...I would like to tell you that we finished the first round with some gains: eye contact, social interaction, more understanding of instructions, playing ball with the hand. We are seeing positive changes in him, he is more engaged with us, more words coming, less vocal and physical stimming (there are ups and downs, i guess it's also a good sign) there is certainly hope for us for the first time, i will report gains as we complete the first round. thank you so much for everything you did for my kid.

He's even more calm. Even more happy. Also he's suddenly learned how to pull on his shoes, how to put on his swimming shorts and (remembered) how to pull up a Zip. All in about three days. So far so very good... Thank you yet again!

I swear my son responded most after your suggestion to supplements . Otherwise I have seen many many doctors for him with no help at all. And spent money like water ... He responded amazingly ... and now can take almost every supplement without issues so far. I can't believe what a difference I see
