Directions

Recommended Use: Take with or without food. Start with 1 capsule and increase for the desired range. Consult your qualified healthcare practitioner before use.

Children under 5: 1 to 3 capsules daily

Children 5 to 18: 2 to 4 capsules daily

Adults: 3 to 6 capsules daily

If administering the maximum dose range, after finishing the entire bottle, please consult your practitioner before further use.
