SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within the United States using standard ground or expedited services. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, and carrier transit is normally 3 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot ship to hotels, motels, temporary lodging addresses or shipping warehouses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unopened, sealed product only, within 30 days of delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns for taste, nausea, adverse reactions, sensitivities, side effects, change of mind, or a belief that a product did not work. Opened supplement containers cannot be returned under any circumstances. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you; please report them within 7 days of delivery.
