How to Take
Capsules: Take with or without food. Start with 2 capsules daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.
- Children under 5: consult your practitioner before use
- Children 5 to 18: 2 to 4 capsules daily
- Adults: 2 to 6 capsules daily
Powder: Take with or without food; mixes well with juice, yogurt, or in smoothies. Start with 1 scoop daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.
- Children under 5: consult your practitioner before use
- Children 5 to 18: 1 to 2 scoops daily
- Adults: 1 to 3 scoops daily
If administering the maximum dose range, after finishing the entire bottle, please consult your practitioner before further use.
As an example for powders, our products blend well with yogurt and fruit of any type and an optional splash of Concord grape juice (100%, no sugar added).
