Mega Motility™ supports GI (gastrointestinal) motility through prebiotic, probiotic, and herbal compounds.* Designed to assist with healthy and full bowel movements and elimination, with use as needed.* This specialized formula is made with 21 unique, clinically studied plants, herbs, and compounds, including 20 Billion CFUs (colony forming units) of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis HN019™ and Prune.*

**Note that the Capsule Form does not contain any components to enhance flavoring; its only other ingredient is Pullulan (Vegetable Capsule). The flavoring components in the Powder are listed under Other Ingredients below and are there to block bitterness for children who cannot swallow capsules. How to use

Powder: Start with 1 scoop daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.

Children: 1 to 3 scoops daily.

Adults: 2 to 4 scoops daily.

Note: Do not exceed 4 scoops (2 servings) in a single administration.

Capsules: Start with 9 capsules daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.

Children: 3 to 9 capsules daily.

Adults: 9 to 18 capsules daily.

Note: Do not exceed 18 capsules (2 servings) in a single administration.

We recommend you discuss with your primary healthcare practitioner before using Mega Motility™ if your child is 3 years of age or under. Mega Motility™ is recommended to be taken with or without food, any time of the day.
