How to use
Powder
Start with 1 scoop daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.
Children 3 to 5: 1 to 2 scoops daily
Children over 5: 2 to 3 scoops daily
Adults: 2 to 4 scoops daily
Note: Do not exceed 4 scoops (2 servings) in a single administration.
Capsules
Start with 3 capsules daily, as needed, and slowly work up to recommended dosage or as recommended by your qualified healthcare provider.
Children 3 to 5: 3 to 6 capsules daily
Children over 5: 6 to 9 capsules daily
Adults: 6 to 12 capsules daily
Note: Do not exceed 12 capsules (2 servings) in a single administration.
