It is not recommended to start with larger Adult (TAD) Dosing, always start with small doses (smidgen spoon) to assess reaction and reactivity particularly if you have existing dysbiosis and then scale up as needed. Consult your practitioner before use.

Regarding all the freeze-dried strains, each batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis and the potency listed is much higher than what is shown on the label bottle. The cfu count listed on the bottle takes into account for any minimal loss in potency during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures. Once the client receives the bottle, if stored in proper refrigeration that means in "good working order" and cap is properly closed then it will not affect the lifespan of the product, until it reaches the expiration date. After the expiration date has passed, the probiotic powder drops in cfu count and will continue to drop as time goes on. Although you are able to travel with it for several weeks without the need for refrigeration, when possible, for the lifespan of the product we recommend keeping it stored in the refrigerator.
